Jessica Kanazawa

Jessica is passionate about people and believes the best service comes from truly listening, caring, and going the extra mile. With a detail-oriented mindset and a patient, caring approach, she has built a career focused on helping clients feel confident and supported in their decisions. Her drive as a self-starter has also led to high-volume sales growth, but what matters most to her is the trust and relationships built along the way.
Jessica began her career with a large insurance company, where she learned the ins and outs of the industry. In 2021, she launched her own business as an independent broker with one mission in mind: to provide excellent service and put people first. Today, through Ardell Senior Benefits, she’s excited to expand that mission by educating agents on how to deliver premium service and create truly exceptional client experiences.
Born in Illinois and raised in Florida, Jessica is also a proud mom of four. Her love of learning has shaped much of her journey—from volunteering as a substitute teacher and helping kids with learning constructs to now mentoring agents and serving Medicare members with care, patience, and dedication.

Phil's career has taken many rewarding paths — from athletic director and baseball coach to business owner — all roles rooted in leadership, mentorship, and showing up for people when it matters most. That same commitment to others is what drew him to Medicare and senior benefits. Today, through Ardell Senior Benefits, he's proud to bring that coach's heart to every client interaction, helping Medicare members navigate their options with confidence and care.
Based in Jefferson, GA, Phil brings a team-first mentality and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Whether on the field, in the boardroom, or across the kitchen table, he's always been the person others count on.
